Quality Services need Quality Staff

We deliberately have smaller profit margins than many of our competitors which charge similar rates. This is because we believe in paying our agency staff the highest hourly rate we can afford. We take care to support our staff on an on-going basis through supervision and training. This means that we can offer the best, and most motivated staff. The positive experience of clients means that our staff are often requested by name. Our high staff retention means that we can offer you continuity of service. We also offer our members full holiday pay at no extra cost to you.

We believe our members are amongst the best care and support providers in Scotland, to reward and retain them we provide them with training, full holiday pay and the highest rates we can practically afford reducing our own profit margins to levels below that of many of our competitors. Providing our members with the best pay rates means our Customers get the very best service we can provide.

All Candidates applying to join Harmony Employment Agency must undergo a rigorous screening  process including references, PVG Scheme and qualification verification. They will also be interviewed face to face to ensure their suitability and commitment to the highest standards in Social Care as set by the Scottish Social Services Council and the Care Commission. Only then will they be registered as full members and be eligible for permanent or temporary work.

Accountability and Continuous Improvement

Providing a high and consistent level of service to our clients is hugely important. That it why we send feedback questionnaires about our staff if they are working regularly at one project, this feedback is then discussed with our members during support and supervision sessions.
